Add tasks in minutes and schedule them however your venue runs: every 30 minutes, hourly between set hours, or at exact times like 6am, 12pm and 5pm. Attach readings with safe ranges, checklists and photo rules.

Readings with safe ranges

Readings that push back.

Set the safe range once. When a reading lands outside it, Daily Rounds flags it on the spot and won't let the round be signed off without a note on what was done about it.

Fridge and cool room temperatures, pool chlorine and pH, hot-held food, sauna heat: anything your venue measures, recorded against a name and a time.

Will it work for my kind of venue?

Do staff need their own accounts?

No. The venue iPad stays signed in and each team member signs off with their own 4-digit PIN. Managers sign in on their phone or laptop.

What does it run on?

It's designed for a wall-mounted iPad in landscape, and works in any modern browser on phones and computers.

Can we set our own tasks and ranges?
